Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every Two8 Bands product. Two promises come with your order: a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, and a one-year performance guarantee.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Window — You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return.

The Item Must Be Returned — A refund requires the product to come back to us. Items should be returned in good, new condition. We want you to test and train with your bands, but if you decide they're not for you, the product should be in a condition that reflects normal evaluation, not heavy use.

How to Start a Return — Email us at info@two8.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

Restocking Fee — There is no restocking fee on returned items.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Refund timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 3–5 additional business days to appear on your statement.

One-Year Performance Guarantee

Separately from the 90-day return window above, your Two8 Bands are covered for one year from delivery. If they fail under normal training use within that year, we will replace them. Email us at info@two8.shop with your order number and a photo of the failure, and we'll take it from there.

To be clear about the difference between the two: the refund window is 90 days from delivery. The one-year performance guarantee covers replacing bands that fail — it is a replacement promise, not a refund right, and it does not extend the 90-day refund window.

Damaged or Defective Items — If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@two8.shop with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
