Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every Two8 Bands product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Window

You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in good, new condition. We want you to test and train with your bands, but if you decide they're not for you, the product should be in a condition that reflects normal evaluation, not heavy use.

Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee on returned items.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@two8.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Refund timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 3-5 additional business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@two8.shop with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
