Real reviews

“I've been using resistance bands and tubes for years, but I’ve always wished for a multi-loop band that adjusts length and is easy to toss in a bag. Most band systems out there seem to think I’m a professional mover, they require bars, foot plates, and half my luggage space just to get a chest press in. Not exactly ideal for someone on the go.Then, I stumbled upon the Two8 multi-loop bandz (with a 'z' because they’re that cool). At first, I hesitated. I had a run-in with some thin latex loop bands before, they snapped faster than a bad improv joke. But these? Not made of rubber or latex, so I was skeptical. Would they even stretch? Spoiler alert: They stretch beautifully! Plus, they feel great in your hands, like they were designed for actual humans, not rubber-band superheroes. The double-looped ends are a game changer, locking them to your hands and feet is a breeze, no awkward fumbling. I started with the red one and loved it so much that I immediately bought another. Sure, you can do bicep curls and overhead presses with just one band, but why settle for one when you can have two?I also double up for chest presses and have been eyeing the green bands. Though, between us, I’m holding out for something even heavier than red (come on, Two8, let’s make that happen!).As a vocal coach for touring singers, I’m definitely recommending these bands to my clients. They’re perfect for those tour bus workouts and cramped hotel rooms. Oh, and the little band that wraps around for storage? It doubles as a wristband while you work out. Bonus points for using that “wristband” for strengthening your fingers, it’s perfect for guitarists, drummers, and anyone who wants to avoid T-Rex hands after a long workout. In short, if you haven’t figured it out yet, I’m now a HUGE Two8 fan! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, but trust me, these bands will speak (or stretch) for themselves.”
Jaime Vendera“I recently underwent tumor surgery, and during my recovery, I was unable to engage in regular exercise. That's when I discovered the incredible Two8 Bandz | Multi-Loop Fabric Resistance Band, and it has been an absolute game-changer for me. These bands have not only helped me stay active but also allowed me to continue my fitness journey without the burden of heavyweights. What I love most about these bands is their versatility and user-friendly design. The multi-loop fabric with handles makes them perfect for various workouts, from strength training and yoga to pilates and more. The "Record Breaking Red (heavy)" variant provides the ideal level of resistance for my needs, ensuring a challenging yet safe workout. As I incorporated the Two8 Bandz into my DDP Yoga routine and mobility exercises, I was amazed at how effective they are in targeting different muscle groups. They have added a new dimension to my workouts, making them more engaging and dynamic.Beyond their physical benefits, I must mention the emotional support these bands have provided me during my recovery. Being unable to engage in my regular exercise routine was tough, but with the help of Two8 Bandz, I felt empowered and motivated to stay active and work on my mobility. In conclusion, I can't recommend the Two8 Bandz | Multi-Loop Fabric Resistance Band enough. Whether you're recovering from an injury or looking to diversify your fitness routine, these bands are a fantastic investment. Their professional design and incredible functionality make them a must-have for athletes of all levels. I am grateful for these bands and the positive impact they have had on my recovery journey. If you're seeking a versatile and effective workout tool, don't hesitate to try out the Two8 Bandz!”
Dale Johnson“I bought this thinking it was a fitness book. It's the parenting book nobody warned me I needed. Coach Stokes lays out what he calls the two-eight window. The years between ages two and eight when a child's movement patterns get programmed for life. Not learned. Programmed. The same way reading gets installed. The same way most of us never even thought about because nobody taught us either. Early on there's a story about a tennis player he coached. Elite, world-class, but her body was visibly tilted from years of left-side dominance. You could see it from across the court. Nobody had taught her how to find her base. The damage was already baked in by the time she had the racket in her hand. I read that and thought about my own daughter. About how I clap when she runs but have never once asked if she's running well. The Home Base chapter alone is worth the price. I put the book down, tried it standing in my kitchen, then made my husband and daughter try. She got it faster than us. Encouraging and humbling at the same time. The bonus drill section in the back is the real gift. Simple movements. Clean cues. Things you can actually do with your kid this afternoon. No equipment, no excuses (although I did end up ordering the Two8 Bands after). It reads like a coach who has been waiting for someone to ask the right question, and now he's answering it for everyone. If your kid is under nine, read it now. If your kid is older, read it anyway. You will never watch a playground the same way again. This is on my baby shower gift list from here forward.”
Soccer Mom Gone Rogue“I would classify this band as one of the best purchases I've made for fitness equipment. It is a very high-quality, well-made fabric resistance band, which is really easy on the skin, and offers a very nice, at least for me, level of resistance. I took up resistance band training about a year ago, and I have to say, this one is probably the best band I've tried. That being said, it is also important to remember that this is not exactly, or the direct equivalent of, a resistance band - it has a different shape than the typical resistance band. This leads to a learning curve - some movements can be adjusted to the shape of this one, some take some thinking, and for some I haven't figured out a way to (yet). So I am not throwing my other bands out yet. Also, what you get is one resistance level only, which is a limitation. So I've come to regard it as an addition, and not a replacement. The different shape makes it better suited for a variety of movements that are not straightforward with a normal resistance band, and the nice fabric feel makes it great for situations where the band comes in contact with the body (say your back) or your skin. And, it is great for stretching, too. That being said, I would have loved to see more example workouts for ideas - the app that accompanies the product is more of a work-in-progress right now. But it is certainly a high-quality product with a lot of potential.”
Vicky“This is an interesting look at how vital and intentional movement is in the lives of our child. We love to tell people to be active and place the expectation of being active solely in their responsibility, without considering the fact that there are ingrained roadblocks and barriers based on the culture and the societies that we grow up in. These make it extremely challenging to lead a consistently active lifestyle. This book unlocks a lot of misnomers and provides tactical strategies and applications to help folks actually guide their children to a place where being active and moving more is not just a hobby or an extracurricular activity. It's a normalized part of everyday life and something that you look forward to, and your children look forward to. The best analogy I could give is like getting your kids excited about eating vegetables. It's doable, and the more they know, the more it's possible. How much of a win is it when that is their normal part of life? The only thing about that analogy is that vegetables are quite boring, but being able to move well isn't boring. It's letting your kids feel like superheroes, and for that, it's hard to put a price on how valuable this information is for parents and for educators and coaches around the world.”
Just a Dad“This is a one-of-a-kind multi-loop resistant band or as they called it “Movement” Band. The split ends of the loop (the infinity loops) allows you to do more different types of workouts that you can’t do with a regular resistant band, for instance, the seated bicycle, infinity jackz, and infinity arm bikes as shown in their website. I recently got into calisthenics and using this Movement band definitely made my workout more efficient.Quality: They have more softer fabrics than the ones that I had before and for the same price as regular bands. The regular bands that I had felt very cheap and were very expensive as well. When I got the Movement bandz, I felt that this is more efficient and I can do a whole lot more. This product is great for people who are doing calisthenics, rehabilitation, Pilates, boxing, etc… For those of you who had owned resistance bands before, I would say the Movement band would fall under “light or moderate” resistance. I would recommend this movement band to young athletes or kids. I definitely wish I had this when I was playing sports in school.Overall: If you are looking into purchasing a resistance band for the first time - I would highly recommend Two8Bandz Movement.”
Hwang LZ“As a workout enthusiast and trainer myself I own and have tried dozens of bands of all types and brands--and Two8Bandz is among my top recommendations for both bands and ANY fitness equipment. This is definitely included in the starter kit for anyone who starts training with me. Whether you are a beginner exerciser, a seasoned athlete, a desk worker, young, old--Two8Bandz are among the most easiest, affordable, lightweight of tools to help you move better by accessing range, exploring movement, correcting alignments, deepening stretches, or gaining strength. Among all the band variations, loop bands with handle options that are washable are among the most versatile of bands. They are a gym in your pocket. I recommend the Movement bands be stashed everywhere - home, gym bag, purse, car, office! Aside from the quality, functionality, and aesthetics of the bands, I would not review a product unless I also respect the people behind it. Coach Stokes and Coach Wellington are passionate movers and creators. I love that I found not only a forever product but the people who share my genuine desire to help people move more, move better, and have fun doing it!”
Jung Bell“At first, I picked up these bands out of curiosity just to see how they felt. I had no big expectations. But very quickly, they became a regular part of my routine. I started using them for basic stretches and posture work, especially after long days of standing or sitting. Then everything changed after I broke my ankle. During rehab, they turned out to be a lifesaver. The multi-loop design let me gently build back strength and mobility at my own pace. I didn’t need a gym or complicated setup just the bands and some space. Now they’re part of everything: morning stretches, core workouts, even improving my posture while watching TV. I’ve found so many creative ways to use them, from warming up before a workout to decompressing at the end of the day. What surprised me even more was how curious people got when they saw them at my place. I’ve ended up buying sets for my parents, my siblings and even a few friends. Everyone finds their own way to use them, regardless of age or fitness level. It’s the kind of gift that actually gets used. These bands aren’t just a piece of gear they’ve quietly become one of the most valuable tools in my everyday life.”
Facundo Barzan“This band has been a great addition to my home fitness gear. I have used it for some basic resistance band exercises, pull-up assist, and even as a stretching/yoga strap. This thing is heavy duty- I am 175 lbs. and it has no problem with me putting a lot of my weight on it when doing pull-ups. I also love the material it is made from. It is soft and comfortable (like the elastic straps on a lot of sports gear) and not grippy like latex bands.I really wish it was longer though. It works for many things but for things like arm curls you'll need a second band or you can only do one at a time.I'm really not sure about the NFC tag that they say is embedded in it. I scanned the QR code on the band and it took me to the company's website. Instead of an app to download, their site looks like an app and they tell you how to bookmark it. The site has a "starting guide" video and a handful of exercises to do (which are awesome), but I wish there was more. Also, I don't see any way to connect the band with the NFC chip like they say.”
Ed“These resistance bands by Two8 Bandz are definitely a step up from those rubber ribbon type bands and are more versatile and comfortable than the rubber cord types with handles. The thickness and elasticity of the Red Super Bandz allows you to use these for all kinds of strength training and stretching exercises. There is also a green version which offers less resistance and more stretch. The product manufacturer offers some useful tips and videos on how they can be utilized but with the multiple loop openings and a little creativity, these can be used for all kinds of strength training routines and improving flexibility. We looped one end of these to a well grounded post to create leg exercises that target specific muscles for speed skating but the possibilities are endless. They come with a handy elastic keeper and are quick and easy to set up within seconds. Being very compact and portable, this is a great accessory to include in your workout bag. Solid 5 stars.”
Luke S“Two8 Bandz has really changed how I think about resistance training. The quality of their bands stands out. They feel different from other exercise bands, with a smooth texture that's gentle on your skin while you work out. What I love most is how they make everything simple to understand. Their instructional videos walk you through each exercise, making it easy to follow along and learn the proper form. This is super helpful whether you're just starting out or already familiar with resistance training. The bands are proving to be a smart investment in my resistance training journey. They're versatile enough for all sorts of exercises, and it's nice knowing I can use them for different types of workouts as I progress. For anyone looking to get into functional training, Two8 Bandz offers a really solid starting point with equipment that will grow with you. They are also really helpful to deal with!”
Sharron“You know you have a great product when they go the extra mile, or add the extra details. This is a fantastic product, which you will use daily, is multi-faceted, safe, durable and you will be glad you own it. Its a stretch fabric. Due to it being a stretch fabric, it is safer and longer lasting then the rubber bands. (My previous rubber band, lasted about 6 months. It comes in two types-if you want stronger resistance, buy the band with more resistance or buy both. Each band comes with a wrist band, which can used to keep the band folded when not in use. It also includes in the middle of the band, a place to write your name, address, and phone number. Finally, it has supportive videos on the Amazon cite on how to use the bands. Like I said, its all about the details. I use my band for daily exercises and yoga, stretching. Its perfect! Great product and so glad I own this one.”
Joseph Schofield“I absolutely adore this product. I tend to use the Super band for heavy conditioning and the Movement band for mobility and warm up exercises. But the most notable difference in the Two8 product family is the commitment to quality and way the family of products work together. There are a million different ways to use these bands in unison to build a one of a kind workout that is tailored to every athlete or gym goer’s needs. Bands are durable, comfortable, and intuitive. While there are other resistance bands available, none of them function as widely as Two8. If you are on the fence about which band to choose, I implore you to get both and take advantage of the free coaching call! Not only is this product a 10/10, the quality, community, and app resources available make them unlike any other resistance band on the market.”
Jasmine Schramm“I absolutely love this resistance band. I think that this will be my to-go resistance band in the future because of how versatile it is. It has so many grips, making stretching certain parts of my body easier. I can see how this could be appealing to people who do not have equipment like I do. I have a barbell and sets of dumbbells at home, but this resistance band could help with some of the exercises that require a barbell or dumbbells such as rowing or shoulder presses. You can up the resistance by changing the grips. I also have back and chest tightness and this band makes it a lot easier to stretch those parts. The grips are important because it allows for consistency of resistance for both left and right sides. You can get really creative with the exercises with this band. Unfortunately, I don't have the creativity.”
Awk“I've been using two8 bands for over a year now, and they’ve honestly become part of my routine like brushing my teeth or drinking coffee. I mostly use them during training and when I need to boost my energy for the day. I used to rely on caffeine, but these give me a calmer, longer-lasting lift. Even on days when I’m exhausted, slipping them on helps me power through chores, work, or a workout without feeling jittery. After a year of sweat, showers, and daily wear, they haven’t snapped or stretched out. They stay put during runs or training, and the material doesn’t rub my skin raw like other bands I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a no-fuss tool to keep your energy steady, just consistent! These are worth it. They’re not magic, but they’ve made my daily grind way smoother.”
theemailman“This is actually really clever. I have several sets of resistance bands of varying usefulness, but I usually feel as if they offer just a little too much or too little resistance, or are just a little shorter or longer than I'd like. The Two8 Bandz are clever in that you can adjust the resistance by gripping at a different part of the band, which allows you to pick both the ideal resistance *and* the ideal length (though perhaps not both at the same time).I have the red version, and I find it really useful for a performing quick exercises to supplement my full workout. If I feel I haven't maxed out on chest day I don't need to get back on the bench. I can just grab the band and do a few extra reps where I stand.Excellent idea well executed. I'd recommend Bandz to anyone.”
K. Taylor“Super Bandz | Multi-Loop Fabric Resistance Band for Working Out with HandlesI got these to replace my latex bands that break easily, and that hurt my hands after a while since they don't come looped and I have to hold them. This is a strong, well-made band, built to last. There are lots of loops so I can adjust as needed. It comes with a smaller band to wrap around it for easy storage. It comes with a website that has a lot of videos on how to use it, which is nice. It also comes with some kind of embedded chip so in theory you can scan the band and it will take you right to the website. I didn't try very hard to figure that out - I just typed in "Two8 Bandz" on Google and got to it that way. But it was nice to see other ways to use this. Overall - nice product!”
K2 Mom“Let's group people into three groups: (1) elderly or recovering from injury or muscle loss or dealing with some other muscular or movement difficulty, (2) unathletic to moderately active people, and (3) people in or close to the athlete and bodybuilder range. In my estimation the Movement Bandz are a good fit for group 1, but are much too weak to be of value for groups 2. Similarly, the Super Bandz will be useful for folks in the range from unathletic to moderately active, but probably of little interest to people at the high end of muscle building. As a yoga instructor, I find the Movement Bandz useful for some of my students, and the Super Bandz useful for myself and the majority of my students. Incidentally, I also got awesome customer support.”
Bennett Barouch“I really love this band... first of all, the superficial reasons: red is my favorite color, and I love star prints. But beyond that, it's a slightly stretchy band with several loops at various points along the band. This makes it super easy to find a loop that fits with your unique body. It's very easy to contort your body into whatever stretch you need it to with the help of this band. It also reduces arm fatigue... for example, if you lie on your back and grab your foot straight up in the air, it's kind of an awkward reach. With the band, you can put your foot in the loop and pulled the band close to your chest so that you can reach the same stretch without the physical awkwardness. Definitely worth having, in my opinion.”
Customer Review“As a Pilates instructor, I'm always on the lookout for versatile tools that I can use for both my personal training and with my clients, and these bands and this kit has become my go-to. The resistance bands are incredibly comfortable, soft, and don’t dig into or twist around my skin, which makes workouts smooth and enjoyable. The door anchor is a game-changer, it’s quick and easy to set up, allowing me to recreate the feel of a Pilates reformer in minutes, whether I’m at home or traveling. This set has made it so much easier to bring studio-quality workouts into my daily life and offer my clients the same convenience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their Pilates practice!”
Danielle Wiley“I used to struggle with wrist pain during pull-ups and resistance band exercises, but these grips made everything so much more comfortable. The ergonomic design really takes the pressure off my wrists, letting me focus on my form and strength instead of the pain. What I love most is their versatility. I can use them with pull-up bars, door anchors, and even barbells. They give me a secure, solid grip every time. I also paired them with my Two8 Bandz, and the combination feels amazing. The grips make every movement smoother and more controlled. If wrist pain or grip issues have ever slowed you down, these are a must-have. Durable, comfortable, and so easy to use. They’re worth every penny!”
Tony“Something about this exercise band is extremely attractive to my kids, and I have lots of exercise bands. This one is clearly unique in texture, shape, and durability. It is comfortable to use and the embedded loops make it very versatile… double it up, shorten the range of motion, adjust the tension to your liking. Doesn’t leave a chafing rash nearly as fast as nylon straps or latex bands. No strange odor. Vibrant cool neon green color. Fold it up and put the small circular band around it to keep it organized when not in use… this bad boy is not going to get tangled up with your other bands! Great on its own or to enhance/create new challenges with your favorite routines.”
Kristin Avila“I was a little skeptical about how useful this would be to me, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I wanted something my husband and I could both use. He uses this for stretching his sides and arms while having a little bit of resistance, and I use it mostly for squats and other leg workouts.I was worried that it wouldn't hold up, or might break while using it, but it's very sturdy and stretches nicely. This is perfect for at home workouts where you may not have space for a bunch of equipment, or even for some good stretching. The fabric it's made of is very comfortable on the skin. It feels like extremely high quality. We're both very pleased with these bands!”
CKDH“I was in introduced to these bands from a fellow coach and stretch therapist. I incorporate them not only in my own training and stretch sessions but also with my own personal training clients/stretch clients. They are safe, dependable and easy to use at any time as well as anywhere. They truly have changed the mobility game. As a coach and athlete I use them daily to start and finish. They do not snap, break or rip on you. They are washable and able to use in any atmosphere. The best thing about these bands are the loops. You cab control your movements with out having to worry about losing grip or handle of the band.”
Coach G“I love these Bandz! These are such an amazing tool for ANY athlete to have. Perfect for working on any muscle in your body. The only limitations are your creativity and physical limits. Not only backed by the immense support of not just the bandz but the MOVEMENT behind the bandz. The coaches and players using these bands have built a community around promoting the movement of MOVING BETTER TOGETHER. These bands eliminate any excuse to not get active. You can work out and stretch with these bandz all you want wherever you want with very little wear and tear after HEAVY use. Grab a pair for yourself and find out.”
Bryan Alexander Hinojosa“I love the weight of this heavy band. It has great flexibility while also providing support for size diverse individuals. I would love to see the same weight or a heavier weight created that is just a bit longer. I have longer legs - this band works well, but it would be even more versatile if it were 2 rings longer. I have attached handles to it using a carabiner and it works amazing for those how have arthritis and have trouble gripping. If the band was longer, it was be a nice way to allow someone to slip their hand through to help with gripping troubles. I highly recommend this band and it is size inclusive.”
Rachel Piper“I got 2 green and 2 red and tried different upper and lower body exercises and was surprised how versatile these bands are in terms of providing resistance within a full range of motion or movement. Unlike other bands, these allow you to do more exercises with less. You can transition into different positions easily. I definitely will be buying more...just looking to see if two8Bandz will have stronger ones for heavier trainings. Also, I have been following one of the trainers for years in track and field and believe that he will only endorse a product that he thinks make sense and is practical for everyone.”
Kempton Bryan“I was a bit excited to receive this Two8 Bandz band and tried it as soon as I was able after it arrived. I followed videos from their site and added some kicking exercises. It didn't disappoint. It's strong, of high-quality construction, and the integrated loops make it incredibly versatile. I particularly appreciate that the quality of the construction ensures I don't have to be concerned about its durability, as I often am with the latex/rubber resistance bands that I own. I intend to use it for strength training, stretching, and martial arts-focused exercises. I'll get the Movement version next.”
T. McCloud“The Gr8 Grips are a must-have for anyone using Two8Bandz. These grips are incredibly strong, durable, and comfortable, taking all the strain off my hands and making workouts completely pain-free. They’re lightweight, easy to attach, and perfectly complement the amazing resistance bands from Two8Bandz. I’ve used them for pull-ups, stretching, and resistance training, and they’ve made every exercise feel smoother and more effective. The added comfort helps me push harder and stay consistent. If you’re serious about your workouts, these grips are an essential upgrade. Highly recommend!”
Drew Hopper“I want to thank the Coach who reached out to me. I send a review that I wanted to send the band back. I got an email that asked me why. I told him that there was no instructions or exercise showing me how to use the band. He emailed me back with a customized video that targets my hamstrings and glutes plus an instructional video addressed to me. He is even going to send me a few more videos. After learning to use the movement Bandz, I am amazed at the movements I can create with this product. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service and personal assistance”
J.N.“These are a great addition to your workout routine and are made of thick quality cloth type elastic which seems more durable than your standard resistance plastic bands that have a tendency to snap.My kids seem to enjoy using them, my 7 year old gymnast daughter have been using these to improve her flexibility and I use them for resistance workouts, specifically push ups and pullups. There are a variety of exercises you can do with these.I do wish this was a little bit longer so that you can pull more with this but it is sufficient to do plenty of home exercises with.”
Jill“This review is for the Clean Green Super Bandz, which has light resistance, 5-30 lbs according to the information.I really like this resistance band! It’s fabric, so it doesn’t pinch, pull, or catch skin or hair the way rubber or latex bands do. That also means it’s machine washable.I use the band for stretching and working out. I like the handles and the loops spaced the length of the band, that gives me options on how to use it.Lastly, I love the Band Buddy! It’s such a simple idea but a great one: a matching elastic loop that holds the band when it’s folded up.”
LC“This product is excellent as a tool for improving strength and range of motion with physical therapy exercises. Because it's fabric, it's not at risk of snapping violently at the user the way typical resistance bands can do after they become old and start to dry-rot. It's still elasticated, though, rather than hard non-elastic resistance, so you can strengthen your muscles with it the same way you would with resistance bands. The many loops give you plenty of grab points which you can also use to measure your progress at improving range of motion. Wonderful item!”
CascaGreen“I love how soft these bands are. Whenever I try to do pushups with normal resistance bands, I have to be careful that my ponytail doesn't get caught. These bands provide just the right amount of resistance and do not pull out my hair. I've also used these as glute bands. I've been able to replace multiple items in my gym bag with just this one. I also love that they fold up and come with a mini band to keep it together. They're so easy to take around. I plan on bringing these to my next bodybuilding competition to use as my pump up band. Love these!”
Elaine“I’ve been using this for 4 weeks now and it’s like having a gym that can fit in your pocket. I travel with it weekly and it’s proven to be a must-have. The loops and resistance provided allows me to find creative ways to target every major muscle group, and the double loop system at each end is very useful for keeping the system in place during compound movements. The material is also comfortable against my skin. The product has held-up well, and currently shows no signs of wear and no reduction in resistance. I highly recommend this product.”
Honest_Critic_007“This been a game-changer for my routine. The bands are lightweight but strong, making them easy to carry anywhere, whether I’m at home or traveling. I love how I can get a full-body workout without needing bulky equipment. The instructions and app made it simple to follow along, even for someone like me who’s not a Pilates expert. My core feels stronger, and I’ve noticed better flexibility in my movements. Plus, it’s so much more affordable than regular Pilates classes. If you’re looking for something effective and convenient, this is it!”
The Pilates Guy“I really do love the softness of this fabric resistance band. I have other fabric resistance bands that I purchased in sets for a much lower price, but they aren't as nice to use as this Super Bandz band because of the softness. I love using resistance bands while exercising peacefully in the evening, it's very relaxing, and having a soft one to use makes it all the more enjoyable. I'd love to have all three versions but I can't bring myself to spend the money on them since I have others that work as well (but aren't as soft).”
waterlily“When I say I use these daily, I mean DAILY! Even on active rest days, they are great for stretching. I’ve incorporated them into so many activities that was harder to do with other resistance bands. I still use others, but, these are much more effective with bodyweight exercise and just everyday movement to add a little resistance. Only gripe I have is that I wish they came in pairs. I am going to have to buy one more of each in order to effectively do some other training exercises. But, I love the product overall!”
Ike“Big fan of resistance bands. These can't replace a full set of latex bands, but they do offer a lot, and do some things that a "normal" band can't.What sets these apart is the novel design, with the multiple hand holds. There are endless exercise opportunities offered with this versatility. But that's also a little bit of a problem, as you'll kind of have to come up with what you want to do. There aren't a bunch of videos and routines ready for you.Well constructed, swaggy, recommended.”
Vicki“This multi loop band is made of a nice heavy duty elastic. The band is great for stretching, yoga and posture training for figure skating. Two of my daughters are figure skaters and they use bands like this for their off ice training, but they also use them for correcting posture while skating on the ice. The band comes with a small band that keeps the band neatly folded for storage. It's a nice touch that we haven't seen with any of the other bands like this before.”
Mr. Furkins' Human“If you use resistance bands, then this is a great thing to add. It comes with multiple hand straps on it, so it's easily adjustable, unlike resistance bands that you have to tie off. Plus, you won't ever lose your grip on it which may end up with the band snapping in your face, thus causing injury.I've been using this for squats, and for regular bicep curls, and it's saved me several seconds each time I have to switch exercises. Totally great to have!”
RC“I am very impressed with this uniquely designed band. It is very compact and easy to throw in a gym bag, and provides a lot of variation in exercises. Sometimes I need to be able to squeeze in a quick training session due to time constraints and there are a lot of different exercises that can be done with it. I am enjoying using my imagination to create new exercises to try out. I highly recommend this item for “on the go” fitness enthusiasts.”
Karen M“Just a quick review on this company. I have been having trouble receiving my bandz but not because of the company! This company is 100% in my books. They have been working with me above and beyond to ensure I receive my bandz in order to reach my goals. I have no doubt that when they arrive I will be a dedicated user and will promote them to all my friends, family and gym goers! Thanks and a big thumbs up 👍 to this company!!!”
Janice Wallace“I got this because I need it for my at-home PT exercises everyday. The rubbery stretch bands you get from the PT offices are good for some exercises but not all. This fabric band feels really safe to use, gives me the stretch I need, and has the handy loops for hands and feet. I do yoga too and look forward to trying it for the at-home classes I take that may use a band. I am really happy with this and highly recommend it.”
tc“I’m referred to as the “Hurdle Mechanic of Georgia”. Since purchasing the the Movement Band, I’ve used it to improve my sprinters arm mechanics as well as teaching “force application” by using the band to allow the runner to lean forward in sprint position while repeatedly snapping their Lead leg. One band is helping my athletes maintain balance and coordination by providing feedback while doing drills. Love the product!”
Dexter McCloud“These bands were integral in improving my speed, change in direction, flexibility, mobility, conditioning, strength and overall athletic ability. I also use it as a tool for injury prevention. 100% would recommend to anyone from top level athletes, to people who are just looking to get in shape. It's portable and easy to take along when traveling, great for quick but effective workouts when you don't have much time.”
VK“I Own an American Sports Company Called Dreamliife and We Use Two8Bandz To Train Year Round And We Use it For Speed /Strengthening / Balance And More It’s Also Very Durable Literally The Best On The Market No Need To use Any other Band Because It Cant Do What Two8Bandz Can Do We Coach Track and Football There Bands Should Be a NBA/NFL /MLB STAMP PRODUCT Keeps You In Shape Travels Lite IT Does It all !”
@COACHWILL247“These bands are truly everything in 1. While most resistance bands feel cheap and don’t offer a handle to grab, two8 bandz not only have a handle BUT also places to slide your feet into. You can even amp up your weight room workouts by attaching the band to a barbell and getting increased resistance. Great for stability training as well. I can’t say enough good things. Thanks two8 bandz”
kristen j.“I used to use as yoga strap for stretching and then came across this. I like this so much better and feels like it gives a better stretch.I’m able to put my foot through the loop holes and really get a good grip in order to pull a deeper stretch. As odd as it may sound, this is very comfortable. The fabric is able to stretch and it has a soft feel to it.Great value for the price!”
LMS“I’ve used a lot of fitness bands and these by far have been the my favorite. I purchased both the movement and super band. I think having both allows you to warm up, stretch and do a full workout when traditional weights aren’t available. Adding these to my training and cardio routines has been great! It’s been a game changer for my cardio boxing workouts and client training”
Eugene Williams III“I've been using resistance bands and tubes for years, but I’ve always wished for a multi-loop band that adjusts length and is easy to toss in a bag.
